Payment privacy

Optional support payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe, not on this site. Stripe and MuGlobe’s operator receive the information needed to process and administer a payment, including its amount, currency, status and the contact details supplied at checkout.

Payment information is used for receipts, payment support, refunds, dispute handling and accounting. Supporting MuGlobe does not publish your name, add you to a marketing list or link your payment to a MuGlobe account.

Payment records are retained as needed to administer transactions and meet accounting and legal obligations. These notices concern optional support payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy for Stripe’s handling of checkout information.

Mistaken or duplicate payments

If you made a payment by mistake or paid twice, use the payment-support contact below. Include the payment date, amount and receipt reference so the transaction can be found. Never send a full card number.

Requests are reviewed and approved refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the refund appears. If you have already opened a dispute with your bank, mention it when contacting us so the same payment is not reimbursed twice. Your legal rights are unaffected.
